Our team collections are sold through our official retail partners. When you shop these collections via the links on our website under "Collection" or "Lookbook," you'll be redirected to their websites to complete your purchase. Please note that their return and exchange policies will apply.
We also release exclusive Sports Club Atelier pieces that are available only through our website. For those items, you can refer to our return policies below or contact us directly with any questions.

What are your return and shipping policies?
Currently, our collections are sold through third-party retailers, and their return and shipping policies apply.
We exclusively release limited pieces available for purchase directly through our website, and our policies are outlined below:
Return Policy
At Sports Club Atelier, we take pride in creating limited-edition, high-quality pieces that are carefully crafted with premium materials. Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, we enforce a strict no-return and no-exchange policy for all purchases.
1. No Returns, No Exchanges

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason, including sizing issues or change of mind.

We do not offer exchanges due to the limited nature of our collections.
2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns, we will replace items that arrive damaged or defective under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery at orders@sportsatelier.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement (if stock allows) or issue a refund.
Please note: Minor variations in color, texture, or stitching are natural due to the craftsmanship of our pieces and are not considered defects.
3. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout—we are unable to make changes once an order is processed.
4. Delivery & Shipping
How long will it take to ship my order?We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. During high-volume launches or special releases, there may be slight delays — but please know we’re working hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

Are duties and taxes included in my order?
All international orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in your order total. As the customer, you are responsible for any applicable duties and fees.
